Fresh off winning the 2025 One Voice Award for Voice Actor of the Year and returning as a 2026 nominee, Michael has become one of the industry's most recognizable and versatile voice talents. You may know him as the cosmic villain Knull in Marvel Rivals, the party loving Michelangelo/Mikey in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4, Tyreese in The Walking Dead, Damon in Wylde Flowers, MacDuff in The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse, Jimbo in Boss Baby, Darryl Waterhouse in Young Love, Drillbit in Warframe, Vago & Hilal in Droners, or one of the many characters he brings to life in Genshin Impact, including Stanley, Albert, and more. He Directed Where Winds Meet for NetEase Games and is currently Directing upcoming titles for Marvel Games, Epic Games, Insomniac Games, Studio Drydock, Nerdy Bear Studios, and more.
In this workshop you'll work with Micheal on video game copy, concentrating on self-directing techniques that help voice actors book more work. He'll cover practical strategies for evaluating your own reads, making stronger performance choices, and approaching auditions the way directors and casting teams do, giving you actionable tools you can start using immediately.
